Update
Just wanted to post an update regarding our new hosting. At this time we are not totally sure when the downtime is going to occur. We will keep you posted regarding this.
Also we will be covering manga and video games. We are in the market for a new domain that will reflect the new media we are going to cover. Our very first podcast is in its early stages. We hope to have one by the end of October. The plan is one podcast a week.
Finn will start his coverage of Manga soon. Stay tuned for many great updates.
OVER 10,000!!!!! and downtime?
Hey everyone it is I that lovable scamp Katimusha aka Trey which ever one you want to refer to me as and I am here to make a few important announcements.
Okay I have a question for you before I do any announcing which would you rather hear first the good news or the bad news.
Ok you know what I am going to ignore all of your answers to my question and begin with the good news because who would like to hear bad news first.
GOOD NEWS
We here at Anime Reviewed have broken all our previous records for the number of Visitors we have had in one month. Our previous record was last months which was 5,000 so we have doubled since last month when we hit the 5,000 visitor mark.
In addition to the 10,000 visitors we also have had 44,386 page views which is pretty good I guess but all those visitors put a massive strain on our bandwidth so it seems we need to move to a new host.
And that is where the bad news starts…
BAD NEWS
The bad news is that there will be down time tomorrow at 5 pm Pacific time and about 8 pm eastern time so we can move into our new host.
Also nobody donated even a single penny to help us so its coming out of our pockets mainly Burt and Finns but still you could relieve the strain they have to go through to keep this site up and running.
D Gray Man is ending and I suck at Rock Band that is all of the bad news that I can think of at the moment so maybe you will feel sorry for us and donate.
OTHER NEWS
I will be doing a review of the Naruto Shippuuden 1 hour special sometime after we get our new host then I will do a Katekyo Hitman Reborn 101 review. I might also do a Soul Eater 25 review but I don’t know yet also I just finished watching Code Geass and Code Geass R2 and I enjoyed it so check all of it out. There will be another announcement with more awesome announcement stuff tomorrow probably after the host change so stay tuned.

Hey everyone I hope you had a nice week I took a slight break to watch some code Geass R2 but other than that I have been waiting for the weekend. Because that’s when the new D Gray-Man comes out well friday but I check up on it on saturday. Oh yeah if anyone would like to donate to the site it would be very helpful since we are about to exceed our maximum amount of bandwidth which is not a good thing at the moment we are about 80% of the maximum. Any amount would be helpful since it would be able to keep this site running without going down for whatever reason. Before I forget the next episode of D Gray-Man is the last episode of the series either until they get further in the manga or whatever it is they are planning. DESCRIPTION SECTION
Okay in this episode of D Gray-Man the level 4 is still running amok and lenalee has finally synchronized with her new innocence. Her new innocence turns the tide of the fight against the level four and together her and Allen Walker try to take down the level 4 once and for all. Also included in this episode is flashbacks,dreams, and happy brother/sister moments well sorta happy anyways. Wow that was a short description so looks like you should just watch the episode if you want to figure out what happens in this episode.
REVIEW SECTION
Okay this episode had both action and drama but unfortunately there was no comedy in this episode which is another reason I liked this series. The action in this episode basically was everyone getting beat up by the level 4 which was what happened the most in this episode. Then there was the Lenalee and her brother moments which was basically flashbacks which everyone loves flash backs ok i dont like flash backs too much. Since the next episode is supposed to be the last I am going to go out on a limb and say the fight between the level 4 and Allen and Lenalee will end next episode unless they leave off with some weird cliffhanger. Well overall this episode wasnt at all just dissappointed that the series will end on the next episode unless its just going on hiatus which is still dissappointing. Also Kanda and Lavi both got involved in the fight to try to distract the level 4 so that Allen could hit him with his sword which was pretty cool. Overall I enjoyed this episode and I give it a 4/5 could have been better and could have been much worse. The episode is streaming right under a picture that will be placed right under this sentence so enjoy the episode.

Hey everyone here i am reviewing yet another anime but I am slightly pissed because it was exceeding difficult to make it to the site. It seems the host is either wondering around dazed and confused or my computer is starting to really hate this site not sure which one but it too me about 100 tries to write this. Well i have run out of things to say so onward to the description of katekyo hitman reborn episode 100.
DESCRIPTION SECTION
Okay these single episode reviews tend to have short descriptions so this one will be no different; Tsuna and his friends are resting up for the coming battle. They have been training to be able to beat Byakuran’s Millefiore family in a joint assault that starts tommorow. So they have decided to rest up the day before the big assault so you get to see Lambo and the gang act retarded and cute all at the same time. The older members of Tsuna’s group have disscussed their chances of success and they have a .0024% chance of succeeding in their attack. Well even worse than their chances of winning is the fact that the Millfiore Family have found their underground base and plan on attacking them immediately. So all in all things dont look good for Tsuna and his mafia buddies who accourding to the statistics dont stand a chance.
REVIEW SECTION
Okay this episode featured pretty much zero action but it tried to jump start the Kyoko x Tsuna fan fictions out there ok ok just kidding or am I? Well basically this episode was all talk preparing for the next episode which looks like something big might happen. But what this episode was for was to show the interaction between the characters for the most part and to show that yes I still hate Lambo as a kid. Lambo as a adult is actually kinda cool but the regular lambo is really just annoying with almost no redeeming purpose. Wow theres not much to say here but basically not much happend besides Tsuna looking for a charm he recieved from Kyoko and thats about it that I feel like talking about. So I give this episode a 3/5 because nothing happened really just a few seconds of “we found their base and we attack immediately” made me want to watch the next episode. I know thats not exactly what was said but here is the episode in its entirety for your viewing pleasure just click more somewhere below this unless you arent at the main page. Oh yeah sorry about the pictures there seems to be very little KHR 100 screen shots roaming around which is a shame. Okay okay I know this is late but I actually had no idea this episode existed until Biggity aka Burt told me about it. Yeah I bet you guys are all asking how can you have no idea a new bleach episode came out well I have no answer for you because I am wondering that as well. I am just glad that I found it so i can review it before Heroes comes on today because I enjoy me some heroes. Then after heroes I will be watching Gurren Lagaan so I will be enjoying this monday so yay monday boo saturday nothing good comes on saturdays anymore. Oh yeah make sure to go to the forums and do stuff like discuss anime or whatever you feel like discussing really. DESCRIPTION SECTION
Okay this will probably be the shortest description I have ever written but here it is Ichigo fights Amagai and you could say things begin to heat up for Ichigo. Yeah that was a pun because Amagai uses fire to attack so well of course things will be heating up for Ichigo. Ichigo has to go to his hollow form to be able to use any of his zanpacto’s attacks becauses Amagai’s bancatou’s ability is able to nullify a shinigami’s reiatsu but not a hollow. Holy crap why is everything on that last sentence so hard to write I should have just said Amagai’s sword negates ichigo’s soul reaper powers but ichigo’s hollow side is unaffected now thats better. Well thats basically all that happens in this episode no plot really well just a tiny tiny bit but mostly just ichigo fighting Amagai.
REVIEW SECTION
Well looks like its time for the main event the spectacular review section which seems to be the only reason you guys would even want to read this. Well Bleach 188 is a interesting filler episode in that it isnt terrible like those naruto fillers but bleach 188 doesnt do much for plot. But then again you really cant fit plot in a episode designed for nothing more than a huge fight between Ichigo and Amagai so I understand the lack of plot in this episode. The fight scenes in this episode arent that bad but not espada quality in the awesomeness but its definately watchable. The only bit of plot that shows its head in this episode comes in the form of Amagai’s flashbacks which is the ultimate attack which leaves whole time periods in a slight black and white state. Not even ichigo is immune to Amagai’s flashback attack which really didnt advance the plot at all but just shows just how much Amagai wants to kill captain commander Yamamoto. Well there really wasnt too much to review in this episode but at least the fire looked cool ok i expected a fire dragon from the Amagai but nooooo I didnt see any fire dragon’s how dissapointing. Well overall I give this episode of bleach a 3.5/5 so its watchable so go watch it already well just in case you havent already watched it I have a surprise for you can you guess what it is well click the more link below this somewhere probably right below that last picture.

Yep I have decided to just post about the recent death of toonami it will be missed too bad many of you probably didnt know that tonight was the last time toonami was going to air. I sure didnt know that tonight would be toonami’s last night but I guess it was a nice 11 years of toonami thanks for introducing so many to anime. Other than that theres no other news that is worthy of being posted I guess.

Gurren Lagann
So about a month ago, a new series began on Ani-Mondays on the Scifi Channel called Gurren Lagann.
The series is based around a young kid named Simon, a wild tattooed, blue haired, ambitious knucklehead with a big mouth named Kamina, and their underground settlement known as Jihaa village. Kamina’s ambitions to get above their underground home to “the surface” and Simon’s discovery of a mecha with a “huge face” known as a gunman, spiral into the adventure above as the two “brothers” meet a racy, gun toting girl named Yoko and venture into battle against other gunman. Gaining a gunman himself he names Gurren, Kamina and Simon joined together Gurren and Lagann to become a two-faced powerful mecha suit called Gurren Lagann!! along the way they meet some interesting characters. The black siblings, Nia, Rossiu and two children who venture with him, as well as the villagers from Litner village just to name a few! As well as groups of villains including beastmen, who pilot the gunman, the hex and spiral king and their henchmen, and Viral!
Gurren Lagann’s voice cast is amazing with lead characters voiced by Kyle Hebert, Yuri Lowenthal, Steve Blum, Stephanie Sheh, Michelle Ruff, and Johnny Yong Bosch! don’t miss Gurren Lagann on Scifi Ani-Mondays at 10 and 10:30 pm central/ 11 pm eastern! and you can also purchase episodes of this series on iTunes and if you’re on xbox live, you can purchase them using microsoft points!

Okay guys and girls today’s review will be a single episode review which I will be doing on a weekly basis for the most part. This is going to be a one of a kind episode of D Gray-Man because its the episode after 100 and the episode before 102 so everyone celebrate yay. Also as you can tell from the last review I have a newish layout for my reviews which I have named the section you are reading right now the “Rambling section” and there is also a ‘Description section” and the infamous “‘Review section”. This was going to be my first single episode review but I planned this one ahead a bit sooooo I got bored and wrote the Naruto Shippuuden review while waiting.Remeber go to the forums yep I still am going to say this till I get at least 5 active members on the forum which will take forever so click this link to go to the forums.Oh yeah to let you know that we here at Anime Reviewed are still looking for reviewers or just someone to post anime news stuff because we are trying to expand beyond just anime reviews so let us know what you would like to do and we may or may not like it. DESCRIPTION SECTION
On the previous episode of D Gray-Man the generals,Allen, and the others have repelled Lulubell’s attack but something worse has been created. A level 4 Akuma which is the first one ever recorded and seen by human eyes. At the end of the episode the level 4 defeated allen walker and destroyed lab 5 and the level 4 has set his sights on the rest of the black order. Ok ok here’s this weeks description sponsered and writen by Wikipedia, The Level 4 starts its attack in the Central Headquarters. He targets Komui, thinking that he is an exorcist. When the Level 4 is trapped in a shield, Komui takes the opportunity to find Hevlaska, with Kanda and Chaoji following him. Meanwhile, Malcolm forces Lenalee to follow him and meet Hevlaska, with Lavi running after them. When Komui and Kanda go down the elevator, the Level 4 attacks them. Hevlaska tries to force the Innocence into Lenalee’s body, but suddenly, the Level 4 attacks Hevlaska, leaving her seriously injured. Lenalee tries to call out for her Innocence with the Level 4 stepping on her head. That is basically what happens in this episode but if you want anything more simple here it goes the level 4 is kicking everyones ass yep that also sums it up nice.
REVIEW SECTION
Well this episode definately had lots of people dying in it which is cool it also had a very very small bit of fighting but not much. The fighting in this episode would be the equivalent to a fly versus a human with a fly swatter that’s how the fights in this episode are. There definately wasn’t any comedy except the head nurse who entertained me with her crazy demonic voice she had going on. Also the omake at the end was sorta funny but isn’t nearly as funny as the omake that bleach has. Also I really hate the way the level 4 looks and talks I don’t know but that thing is just creepy not a cool creepy but just a creepy type of creepy. That thing is pretty hideous and its voice sounds odd like a little kid but not cant wait for someone to kill that thing. But I admit that level 4 is definately strong since it took out Allen with one flick and easily destroyed lab 5. Oh yeah and mini Hitler is still being a Nazi about things at the black order it seems but if you wonder who mini Hitler is its the guy that looks like Hitler so have fun playing wheres Hitler with him. Well overall i guess I give this episode of D Gray-Man a 4/5 because I still enjoyed this anime for the most part. So with this episode I decided that I would be nice and give you the episode streaming right below this review. The episode has been subbed by yuurisan subs just to let you know the fansub group subbing it but remember I don’t condone Fansubs but I will watch them. So I hope you enjoyed the review and catch me next time when I review something else still not sure what but I might just review something. Something funny is I couldn’t find hardly any screenshots for this episode maybe I am way too early with this review since the episode was just subbed last night. You will have to click the more button to watch the episode to let you know so you wont have to ask because im good like that.
Boo to Adultswim!
I found out this week from Katimusha that Adultswim has “revised” their Saturday night schedule. What exactly does that mean you ask well look at the schedule. I have started my protest tonight at Boycott at adultswims forum.
Adultswim is more concerned with its advertisers than its viewers. My only thoughts for why they would have the audacity to change their popular anime lineup times on Saturday night.
While I am a supporter of anime and the stations airing it, I do have to say a few things. Adultswim blatantly makes fun of its anime viewers in its little in betweens. At first I just wrote it off and laughed. Now I believe they mean it.
I support a boycott against Adultswim until it changes its schedule to include more anime. Whether it be Saturday nights or another night. Putting its anime on at 5am in the morning is unfair to its viewers. I believe this even more so when Eric and Tim or Assy McGee get preference. Those shows are nothing but garbage. Here is the funny part. I decided I was going to tell the Adultswim forum what is up. I did and got banned.
Since Saturday the 13th of September I have not watched Cartoon Network (including Adultswim). All the anime series I watch normally I will download using bit torrent. If you would like to know how to use bit torrent to download anime I am including a tutorial.
First things first. You will need a bit torrent client program. It is used to download whatever you are after. I recommend Vuze (has more perks but uses more resources on your computer) or Utorrent (easy to use). Next you need to locate torrents. Some good sites to do this at are: Pirate Bay , Isohunt, Sumo Torrent or Demonoid (you will need an invite for this I will give you one if you email me at admin@animereviewed.info ).
From there be sure to download all your favorite Adultswim Series. If you have a Playstation 3 or Xbox 360 you can even stream them from your computer to your TV. I am doing this now with Code Geass, Aqua Teen Hunger Force,Boondocks, Shin Chan, and Metalacolypse. All of my favorites and I dont even have to tune in to Adultswim (plus no commercials!!).
I don’t preach piracy. However, its gotten personal with Adultswim. All the anime we have left now is Ani-Monday on SciFi Channel. I mean come on who really wants to watch Tim and Eric or Assy McGee?

Read Or Die the OVA
Read or a Die is a fun action anime and manga based off of Hideyuki Kurata,s novel series. The story revolves around Yomiko Readman, aka The Paper, a special agent who works for the British Library. Yomiko, who has a supernatural ability to fold and control paper, is an extreme bibliophile in that she gets a nearly obscene amount of pleasure from being around books. The plot develops as a group of clones made from historical figures known as I-Jin attack the Library of Congress in search of an original edition of “Die Unsterbliche Liebe” that has musical notes written in the margins, but the book has fallen into Yomiko’s collection. After being attacked by Jean Henri Fabre, Yomiko is ordered by her superior, Joker, to investigate the I-Jin’s motives and keep the book from them at all costs. The Paper is joined by Drake Anderson, a stereotypical macho American mercenary, and Miss Deep, who has the power to move through solid objects in her skin tight leather costume. The relationship between Yomiko and Miss Deep is a strange one as their personalities clash drastically; Yomiko is naive and socially awkward where Miss Deep is a dangerous femme fatale style character. It is both Yomiko’s unusual style for an anime heroine and the grand, sometimes absurd, battles that make this anime a worthwhile endeavor. My favorite factor of R.O.D. is the powerful villains made from historical personalities so here is a list of the bad guys.
