the cast of misfits

Welcome to the NHK is about Satou Tatsuhiro, 22 years old, thinks that everything that happen around him is a conspiracy. He even figured out who is behind it all: The NHK, an evil secret company. “When you think anime, you think Otaku. When you think Otaku, you think people that dislike other people. Those people become Hikikomori (people who shut themselves in)”. So Satou manages to uncover the plot of The NHK (stands for Nihon Hikikomori Kyokai), after three years of shutting himself in (and rapidly approaching the fourth). In reality, he is nothing more then a NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training), desperately in need of a cure from that “disease”. He wants to break out from the curse, but going out and getting a job is frightening enough for him. That is until he gets selected for a “project”; it is a plan to help Hikikomori like him in facing the reality of this world. nhk Welcome to The NHK Episode 1 Review

Now I think its time to get down to the review because why else would you be reading this masterpiece which has taken me about 10 minutes to write. Honestly, I really enjoyed this anime in both dub and sub in fact the dub is actually really good so you should watch the adv dub since it is wonderfully awesome to the extreme. The story is actually quite unique since the main character Satou is basically a recluse and doesn’t want to leave the house because he believes theres a conspiracy that makes him a Hikikomori that conspiracy is being created by the sinister NHK. Satou is really unique because of his hallucination’s where his furniture actually talk to him and the fact is over time he gets into some really weird misadventures. He is the target of a mysterious girl who wants to help him get over his Hikikomori ways. Whats really entertaining is there really are people suffering from the Hikikomori syndrome which I wasn’t aware of until I watched this anime. Okay the first episode is pretty odd but the series overall is actually really good but I give the first episode 3.5 out of 5. I thought I should let you all know that I give the series as a whole a 5 out of 5 because it is actually pretty good. Also who says anime cant be educational because this series taught me stuff I really never really cared about but so did school so Welcome to the NHK = School wait I think my math is slightly wrong here because that would be pretty weird but interesting none the less. You know what looking over this and I talked about nothing most of this time but if you read this I bet you are wanting your money back but too bad im keeping your money muhahahaha “Evil Laugh”.
